Omega-3 fatty acids are crucial nutrients for our bodies. It is not produced in our bodies. We have to consume them regularly from food and supplement sources.

The best time is the last fatty meal because it is only absorbed when we take it with fatty food, especially at night to help blood thinning protect against stroke which mostly happens early in the morning.
