
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (optional, for chocolate flavor)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Cacao Powder ( optional)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth.
Add the almond butter or peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocado. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Stir in the ground flaxseed, shredded coconut, cocoa powder (if using), and a pinch of salt (if desired). Mix until everything is evenly incorporated, and you have a thick, sticky dough.
Divide them into small balls and if you like, you can cover them with cacao powder
Store the surplus in the freezer. If you divide them into 18 pieces, each serving will contain 100 calories
