No-bake avocado flaxseed bites: 



Ingredients: 

  • 1 ripe avocado 

  • 1/2 cup almond butter 

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened) 

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (optional, for chocolate flavor) 

  • Pinch of salt (optional) 

  • Cacao Powder ( optional)

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth. 

  • Add the almond butter or peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocado. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. 

  • Stir in the ground flaxseed, shredded coconut, cocoa powder (if using), and a pinch of salt (if desired). Mix until everything is evenly incorporated, and you have a thick, sticky dough. 

  • Divide them into small balls and if you like, you can cover them with cacao powder

  • Store the surplus in the freezer. If you divide them into 18 pieces, each serving will contain 100 calories
