Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe

Making a homemade mayonnaise brings a great delicious healthy recipe to our table:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cold-pressed oil

  • 1 whole egg at room temperature

  • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard(optional)

  • 4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • pinch of sea salt and black pepper

  • 1 tbsp. NON-GMO Lecithin powder

Use a strong blender to mix the whole eggs. Add Mustard, lecithin powder, salt, and pepper(3-4 mins). add the oil slowly. after adding 3-4 tbsp. of oil, add 1 tbsp. vinegar. It's ready. you may keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.​
