Chia Seeds Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. Chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp. sesame

  • 1 cup almond milk

Mix the ingredients, and leave them overnight in the fridge. Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp. of raw honey in the morning. It's ready to eat and antioxidant and  good fat.
