Ingredients:
2-3 green apples
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp. coconut flour
2 1/2 cup almond flour
1/8 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 cup maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup melted coconut oil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F. Generally, grease the cake pan with coconut oil. Shred the apples, and mix them with coconut sugar and cinnamon. Let's sit for 10-15 minutes. Whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium size bowl. Beat eggs and maple syrup for 4-5 minutes. Add vanilla extract and coconut oil too. add apple and all wet ingredients. It's ready for the pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Let the cake get cold before cutting.
