No Sugar Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose organic wheat flour: 2 cups

  • Homemade Pumpkin Pure: 2 Cups

  • Eggs: 4 

  • butter: 1/2 cup

  • Maple syrupy: 1/2 cup

  • Stevia: about 1 tbsp

  • Himalayan salt: 1 tsp.

  • Baking powder: 2 tsp

  • Nutmeg: 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon: 1-2 tsp

Instruction:​

  • Mix all the dry ingredients

  • Mix the eggs in the blender for 5 minutes

  • Melt the butter

  • Blend the roasted pumpkin(pumpkin puree)

  • Mix all together

  • Add to your cake mold

  • Keep in preheated oven

  • Check with a fork to see if the baking is complete

This a very light cake, you may add more maple syrup.​

Please turn on your oven in the beginning to have a sponge cake.
