Ingredients:
All-purpose organic wheat flour: 2 cups
Homemade Pumpkin Pure: 2 Cups
Eggs: 4
butter: 1/2 cup
Maple syrupy: 1/2 cup
Stevia: about 1 tbsp
Himalayan salt: 1 tsp.
Baking powder: 2 tsp
Nutmeg: 1 tsp
Cinnamon: 1-2 tsp
Instruction:
Mix all the dry ingredients
Mix the eggs in the blender for 5 minutes
Melt the butter
Blend the roasted pumpkin(pumpkin puree)
Mix all together
Add to your cake mold
Keep in preheated oven
Check with a fork to see if the baking is complete
This a very light cake, you may add more maple syrup.
Please turn on your oven in the beginning to have a sponge cake.
