Low-carb Gluten-free Almond Coconut bread
Ingredients:
Almond flour 1 cup
Coconut flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
Nutritional Yeast 2 tablespoon
Psyllium husk 2 tablespoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoon
Filtered water 1 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Instruction:
Just have a short massage to bound them. Divide them to 8 small ball, and then flat them to a flat dough with3-4 mm thickness. You may bake the both side them in a hot pan, or in air-fryer for 3-4 minutes to turn to gold brown color. It should be so tasty by adding a little bit of turmeric, garlic, basil or even ginger. Any seeds like poppy, sesame, and black seeds could be used in top of the flat bread.
Every loaf has about 100 calories.
