Gluten Free Loaf

Ingredient:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup arrowroot flour

  • 3 tbsp. coconut flour

  • 1 tsp. Himalayan salt

  • 1 tbsp. dry yeast

  • 1 tbsp. very finely ground chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp. psyllium husk

  • 1 tbsp. freshly grounded flaxseed

  • 1 1/4 filter water

  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Instruction:

Add yeast, sugar, and salt to the warm water ( about 40 degrees °c), and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes. The yeast should bubble or foam. If it doesn’t, start all over again. Whisk together the almond flour, arrowroot flour, and coconut flour in a bowl. Stir the finely ground chia and psyllium powder into the yeast mixture. mix all the ingredients and shape it. you may add sesame or black seeds on top. Brush egg yolk or saffron on the surface of your bread. keep the dough in a warm place for at least one hour. You may keep it overnight to come out. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Please do not cut before getting cold.
