Bone Broth
It is rich traditional food. It nourishes the body with lots of mineral and Amino acids coming out of bones and cartilage which usually are not edible and absorbable. It could be prepared with chicken feet also
It is recommended for people who suffer of arthritis, digestion problems, kids, and in viral or bacterial infections
Preparation:

Soak the bone in a pot, and add water with a tbsp of apple cider vinegar for overnight in the fridge

Cook in either a pressure cooker for about 1 and a half hours or in a slow cooker for 10-12 hours

Strain it, and remove the bones
-
Keep in the fridge overnight
-
Remove the thick layer of fat on the top of the jelly part
-
It is ready to make your soup
