Fruits are low in calories, and high in sugar. despite the fact that we always hear about the benefits of fruits and vegetables in one category, they are not the same as in our daily diet. The best time to eat fruits is before the workout, and right after waking up. the serving size of the fruit is important.
Fruit juice is not recommended even to kids because it's loaded with sugar.
Dried fruit is not a healthy snack.
