Ingredients:
Grape leaves
1 cup rice
2 cups diced onions (make it caramelized)
1 cup olive oil
2-3 tbsp. Of each Herb (parsley, cilantro, green onion, savory plant, and tarragon), chopped
Apple cider vinegar (½ cup)
Salt and pepper, turmeric
Minced or ground beef 750 grams (about 1.65 lb)
Zucchini 1 lb. (shredded & pressed)
Water or bone broth 2 cup
Maple syrup 4 tbsp.
Instructions:

Prepare grape leaves: Rinse & boil leaves in boiling water for 10 minutes
Make filling: Mix cooked rice, cooked minced beef and all herbs, and shredded zucchini' and caramelized onion
together
Fill grape leaves: Lay a leaf, add rice mixture, fold sides, and roll tightly.
Cook: Place stuffed leaves in a pot with extra leaves at the bottom. Add water/broth to cover. Place a lid or plate on top. Add Apple cider vinegar and maple syrup for taste.
Simmer: Cook for 8-10 hours with a low heat
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving
