Kimchi

Chop a cabbage and leave it for 12-24 hours in salt water( ¼ cup Himalayan salt in 2-liter water), then drain it gently. Add 2 smashed organic apples, some grated garlic, and ginger and the spice you desire like Cayan. Keep them in a glass jar in the fridge. It's ready to eat. The older, the better.
