Ingredients:
1 cup red lentils
2 cup water
Spices:
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp turmeric
Optional: 1/2 tsp chili flakes or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Soak Lentils: Soak lentils in water for 12 hours or until softened.
Blend: Drain excess water and blend soaked lentils with 2 cups of water until smooth.
Season: Mix the batter with spices.
Cook: Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of batter, and spread it thin like a pancake. ( divide them to 4 nan)( each one has 180 cal)
Flip: Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
Notes: You can bake a thin layer of the batter in an air fryer by spreading it on parchment paper lightly greased with olive oil.
