Classic Almond-Psyllium Husk Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp psyllium husk powder

  • 1/2 tsp. of baking powder (optional, helps rise)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp. melted butter or olive oil

  • 1 cup hot water (adjust if needed)

  • Rosemary/ garlic/ cinnamon/vannila ( chose one or 2 based on your Desire)

  • Hemp seeds/ Saseme/ Nutritional yeast

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F (or prepare a toaster oven).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg lightly.

  3. Add almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, salt, melted butter. Mix well.

  4. Add water, and give it time until batter is slightly thick but spreadable.

  5. Spread on the top of parchmant paper as a very tinny layer

  6. Toss seeds & nutritional yeast on top of the bread

  7. Bake till get golden brown

    • Oven: 15–20 mins until firm and golden on top
