Crispy Kale Wraps


So, each of the three crispy kale wraps contains approximately 120 calories.

As it’s full of fiber, don’t go to more than 3 wrap, especially if you suffer of any intestine problems like IBS, diverticulitis



  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine 1 tablespoon of psyllium husks, 1/2 cup of freshly ground flaxseed, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 4-6 large kale leaves with the stems removed. Add 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.

  2. Spread Mixture: Evenly spread the mixture into three thin layers on parchment paper.

  3. Air Fry: Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture is dry and firm.

  4. Cool and Enjoy: Once cooled, enjoy these crispy kale wraps as a healthy, fiber-packed snack!
