Ice Coffe Chocolate Mocha

1/4 cup of freshly brewed coffee

1 tablespoon of cacao powder

1/8 tsp. stevia

1 tbsp. Cream (30%)

Brew a quarter cup of coffee and let it cool down to room temperature. In a separate cup, mix together the cocoa powder and stevia until well combined. Pour the cooled coffee over the cocoa powder mixture and stir until the cocoa powder and sugar have dissolved. Add the cream, and to the mixture and stir well. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice. Enjoy your refreshing iced coffee mocha!
