In this session, we’ll start by making a sugar-free roll cake together, a lighter version of a classic dessert that’s designed to be enjoyable without refined sugar.
We’ll also prepare savory broccoli fritters paired with flaxseed bread, a comforting, nutrient rich combination that’s simple to make and works well as part of balanced everyday meals.
Throughout the class, we’ll explore simple ways to cook more mindfully, support the body with nourishing ingredients, and build a healthier relationship with food.
